Ficus deltoidea can grow up to 2m tall. It has deltoid leaves with a distinctive forked midrib. The leaf shapes are different with different varieties, some having a rounded shape and some having an elongated egg shape (Medicinal Herbs & Plant Database 2010–2015).Usage
Mas cotek is a medicinal plant that is popular among herbal practitioners. This crop is used to heal ailments such as sores, wounds, rheumatism and as afterbirth tonic and an antidiabetic drug (Musa & Lip 2005).
